Turkey Point Hotel

After over successful 50 years in business, the Turkey Point Hotel is available for lease.

Previously, the hotel offered rooms, but it is known as the primary restaurant in Turkey Point, Ontario, even though there are 3 others in the town. Located at the very center of the public beach, this property benefits from a large amount of foot traffic.

The modern TPH is known as a restaurant and bar during daylight, but on Friday nights, it turns into a 19+ karaoke bar and on Saturday nights, a night club holding over 600 young adults who regularly rent buses from as far as an hour away to round up their friends and head to the lake for their Saturday night.
