I regret not being able to renew for the upcoming season, real bummer since it will be my first non-boating season in 25 years - also since you were able to arrange the Abigail dock 15 slot last year for me, which is a fabulous location – and with great neighbours.
I especially wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the service you and your team provided over the past two years. Tracy was always responsive with information and service, and your service advisor helped me out on several occasions with the mechanical, most importantly really quickly, including getting my old fold out sofa fixed which I thought was way beyond saving and beyond the call of duty.
